Running of the Bull

Human cruelty and stupidity in action. I have no sympathy and respect for anyone who participate in this. Why it's still going on is beyond me.

I wonder if her travel insurance would cover the huge costs that will eventuate from this foolhardy escapade ?

I'm all for young folk getting out there and doing interesting stuff, but enabling the torture of animals shouldn't be part of it.

Bull 1, Human 0 .... until the oh-so-brave matador gets revenge.

Dopey sheila, sickening "sport".

I think there's some clause Re: dangerous activities like bungee sky diving which is not covered I presume running with the bulls would fall under that category.

It amazes me why there's been no global protest regarding the stupidity of this event.

Doesn't some organisation (PETA maybe?) have a nudie run the day or week or something before as a protest?

Yes, PETA organised a Running of the Nudes the day before, in protest. While it would have gotten lots of attention, I dont think their (quite often) use of nudity to protest animal cruelty actually does anything.

There are not enough words to describe what I think of this 'tradition'.

Your bucket list is to kick the bucket?

Want to do something stupid? Get a knife and stab it in your eye. Saves you a flight to spain.
