figures can say anything you want them to if you 'bend' the truth.
governments do it all the time.
to believe the government if they didnt "stop the boats" australia would be over run by boat people but it was and still is true 99% of people here without coming via proper channels arrive on planes, sometimes sitting in first class!
we the people just choose to believe the horse poo we are fed.
even tho time after time the politicians lie to us.
