Should the Stetson be banned in Australia

Well said Flygal.......

Nothing like riding through Wyoming or Montana on the run through Sturgis! No traffic, some parts no speed limit and beauty beyond belief for a city boy. No helmet needed, from point A to B over 1200 miles.

I say Aussies would look good in a Stetson. From what read here.... not much difference between the two of us. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I don't know about Oz hockey but I would say the USA has them beat at definitely soccer, real football, basketball & easily baseball. They can  have crickett.

Go Kansas City Royals.

That's right comic!!! Congrats to the Royals!!! I like the A's too, they seem to be in the hunt every year, plus i do like Billy Beane.

I'm a White Sox fan and the last player from the '05 champs left on the team just retired. Paul Konerko, what a class act. He's a little short on HOF' numbers but he's real close. If they put guys in the Hall with grit, showed up every day to play and gave 100% he'd be a first time ballot.

Sorry here guys, I don't even know what cricket is. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yeah good point. He has 439 Hr's and 2300 RBI's. Not bad, but their are some players with those typical stats not in. I'd like to see him in..... And Mattingly!! Know better hitter back in the day.

No steroids & no speed. I never seen so many low batting averages. Plus so many good pitchers. Yanks lost 4 starters but no one could hit the ball.

Yeah both were slow... But man... Donny baseball could hit in his sleep. Couldn't keep his back healthy. Don't get me stated on the steroid thing, I've been arguing with pro steroid opinions for years. No doubt in my mine a decline in hitting and the long ball.

Bushie,

No doubt Mattingly was a better average hitter. But Konerko probably still would have had a few more HR's.
