There has been a bit of debate about a US newspaper photoshopping the gory bits of an image of a girl with an horrific wound on her leg after the Boston bombing.
The image was photoshopped on the front page but was published elsewhere in it's original form.
Most newspapers are condemng the photoshopping as are photographers. They believe the news is the news and should be portrayed truthfully.
But the paper is saying they did it to be respectful to the victim and the family and because they didn't want kids seeing this on the front page.
I agree with them.
If I had my leg blown off in such a horrific way, I wouldn't want it flashed across the nation. I wouldn't want my family and my friends to see it.
What do you think?

Did not at all like seeing on CNN a guy with both legs blown off and his face was all grey as he was being carted in a wheel chair.
