Sir Terry Pratchett has died - aged 66.

Author Sir Terry Pratchett has died at the age of 68.

Sir Pratchett will be remembered for his Discworld novels, a comic creation that started as an affectionate parody of fantasy novels and became a vast rambling satire on modern life.

He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in later life, and became a campaigner for assisted suicide.
