...want to go over the books right? Or maybe you'd be bringing your ministers together? Getting their portfolios together? Or perhaps meeting with your policy makers and strategists to determine the week/month/year ahead? Most likely you would be going over the most vital portfolios. You know the ones? The ones that are important to the country - health, education, infrastructure - that kind of thing.
But what crucial and vital tasks is the rabbit going to do?
Well lets see. On his first day he will: 'begin with instigating the carbon repeal process." Which of course will simply mean coming up with a new name for the same thing.
And then on the second day he will: "talk to the navy about new instructions for our naval forces in the seas to our north,'' which will simply be a meeting where the navy explains international law to dumb dumb.
Are these 2 topics REALLY the priorities for this country? Or ANY country? Really??

I would hope who ever gets in would already had a plan.:O

'But when Abbott talks about repealing the carbon tax, abolishing the new mining tax, turning back the boats and restoring full powers to the building and construction watchdog, the present government interprets that as economic and environmental recklessness, populism and a return to WorkChoices
All credit to him for staying the course and getting us to where we are now, but he might find - just like Julia [Gillard] has found - that it will be much, much harder once he is in the prime minister's chair. Whether he has the personality and temperament for it is a very open question right now.'
The first 100 days will be critical. While that's not an official milestone, we have begun gauging effectiveness and achievements of new prime ministers in that period,'' Hughes said.[Australian National University's Andrew Hughes lectures in politics]
''He's had to battle this negative perception about his brand. Abbott will need to be very, very careful of the far right coming across too strong. And he won't be able to blame Labor and the former government forever. People don't buy that kind of blame shifting any more.

And a better plan than the one above.

And then on the second day he will: "talk to the navy about new instructions for our naval forces in the seas to our north,'' which means "we'll figure out how to re-jig marine piracy, and how we'll make it legal"

On the 101st day he will be replaced.

Most nations around the world are looking seriously at Carbon Pricing and how to implement it. Every nation is looking at each other and how they are handling it. How much needs to be reduced etc.
And here comes Australia and abolishes it. How embarrassing.:O

Maybe his replacement will have a plan. He can turn back the boats when he's loaded them up with the dead bodies found in the sea.
This is not a fault of either party. I absolutely hate the way it is used at every election. Remember when Howard's government insisted the children were thrown overboard?

That was typical of lying John " There will never be a GST " Howard.
