Mugssy, if you read the paragraph below carefully, I think you'll find it was the the police who changed their story.
NSW Police initially denied all Ms Gardner's claims and said she bit and kicked officers.
But after Ms Gardner's legal team obtained CCTV footage from Cronulla station, their barrister sought to file a new defence document that Judge Sharron Norton noted was ''entirely different'' to the one submitted before the footage emerged.

So bad when my children used to come over to the gold coast and went out at night I told them watch the bouncers and the police, they both beat the carp out of you.
I used to worry till they got home 😞
