Saturday night - got a slow cook roast in the oven, surrounded by heaps of oxtail, another 3 hours and it's good to go - creamy mashed spud from the Thermomix, maybe some spinach with pinenuts and sit back with a glass or 2 of red and watch the election unfold ....
