For spelt flour, use less water.

love ketjap manis - even have it on my eggs now. Is your regime working? don't answer if you don't want to - Mr Boris lost about 17 kilos by eating mainly stir fry/asian type food, low carb and all that. No bread, no pasta, no potatoes type diet. Woman Happy

That sounds yummy.  Good for you, with your regime.

I'm having fish with a tossed salad  -( just lettuce, tomato, cucumber with my homemade dressing of olive oil, red vinegar, mustard powder and ginger shaken in an old jam jar. Bit of leftover boiled pumpkin, too with cracked pepper and a little sea salt.

Crystal glass of water.  On a white plate, with good silverware, and a tablecloth.  Just for Me.  And I watch every mouthful go into my mouth.  All followed by some medication.

Yes it is, I started with the Optifast meal replacements and added the vegetable stir fry at night.  I had gained weight as a result of my BC surgery radiation and medication and my lazy I can't be bothered attitude.

I started back walking 1hr a day, I have lost 16kg and feel much better.
