This is the third time I've posted this requesting advice.
The first time I posted in CS and a Mod moved it to Community Experience. Fair enough. No one bothered to reply.
Then weeks later I posted again in CE and was told by a member that my issue was petty considering the problems other members were experiencing.
Now I'm posting the same question for the third time in CS. If there is no solution I'll gracefully accept it but please DO NOT move it to CE. They don't seem to like 'petty' questions. I have cleared my cookies and ticked the ABC box a billion times.

That's what I love about CS. Replies with humour. Unlike the friendly and helpful CE. pftttttttttttt
Thank you I puffy heart you
PS Obviously I'm not the only one with spell check issues! lol

Sorry if you thought I was being rude for suggesting that your issue was petty. It was not meant to be rude...just a statement of fact. At the time you posted the whole ebay site worldwide was experiencing major issues whereby no-one could buy or sell for several hours.
Responders were trying to give information to many, many posters who had no idea what was going on. All we knew was that it was a lot more serious than the usual Friday gremlins.
It was several hours before the Moderators started posting to let everyone know what was happening.
So yes, in the scheme of things at the time your question was not high on the list of priorities.
BTW, spellcheck works for me on IE and Firefox.

With all due respect ... who are you to judge if my issue was "petty"?
In the time you took to post "we have more important things to worry about in the big scheme of ebay" you could have just as easily used the same amount of energy and brain cells to post "I'm sorry I don't have a solution as the moment but perhaps other members may come along later".
See the difference?
Option A rude
Option B polite
