Gotta know a bit more, Gillie.
Selling online? At the markets? Edible? Arty?

I considered the markets but by the time you buy insurance, rent a place, pay for petrol to get there esp in rural areas and market a product, the profit margin would have to be quite hefty. It seems its not worth it.
Looked into a number of other things over the years but it always turns out not to be viable ๐ So yeah if someone has a viable suggestion I am also interested.

Oh one suggestion is to open a facebook page and begin to market your product or service(if you have one), that has worked for a number of people. The beauty of that is there is little outlay and you get to test out whether its something that would work.

Facebook page is a way to go, my daughter started a page for what she does. Others that I know do the same, can sell anything, make anything, advertise what you have......easier than selling on ebay.

Make sure it is something you really like doing, whatever your hobby is. And find a way to make money from it.
