OH and I don't exchange Easter eggs or bunnies. Neither of us really go for chocolate much, and it's a bit silly for us to be giving each other fertility symbols.
However. OH did get a nice Darrel Lea Easter egg from his boss. A milk chocolate NOUGAT EGG! Veeeery nice.
I'm only having it in small doses but here's what it says on the pack:
Lea Legends #46
"We've all heard of the Yeti, Bigfoot and Tasmanian Tiger. But the most mythical creature of all is the Nougat Bird.
Rumours are rife in regional Australia that a brightly coloured bird that lays nougat eggs lives in hollowed out eucalypt trees.
No one has ever spotted a nougat bird; but no one knows where Darrel Lea nougat eggs come from either."

Yummmm, but oh so sweet, like you say Icy, can only be eaten a little bit at a time.
I think their christmas puddings are the same stuff?
I still have a white choc rabbit. Hubby doesn't like white choc so it's all miiiiiiiine

Someone gave us one of those Darrell Lea Xmas puddings Pimpy. I couldn't eat it, too sweet. Ended up leaving in the staff room for the seagulls.

They look gross.
Yes, I still have chocolate in the house, even the kids are sick of it. I won an Easter raffle, a basket full of chocolate, and even after giving heaps of it away, I still have a fair bit left.
For some reason I feel like pointing out that Tasmanian Tigers arent legend, they did actually exist once. Unlike the Yeti and Big Foot.

Yeah, I deliberately ignored that bit, it was just too ridiculous.
