Dont get me wrong, I love animals BUT it seems the local wandering cats have decided to use the rock path at the front of my house as a kitty litter tray. They are digging little holes everywhere and pooping in them. Anyone know a safe and humane way to repel these little baggers and stop them pooping on my path?

I believe in mandatory desexing unless you are a registered breeder. Animal shelters are inundated with unwanted kittens - and puppies - not to mention those that are dumped elsewhere.

That sounds a bit draconian to me....

If cat owners can't control their pets, and keep them off other people's properties, they should be fined and their cats euthanised. 🙂
That is pretty drastic.
I hope you don't live anywhere near me...with an attitude like that I would fear for the life of any cat in the vicinity.
And for the record, my cat was an indoor cat and on the odd occasion she went outside it was only into our backyard.
