i shall be the first to call it the ABBOTT strain.

A superbug killed my husband 7 years ago when he was a patient at Monash Hospital. His resistence was very very low and he wasn`t strong enough to fight it and we as family had to turn off his life support..

i sometimes make jokes unwisely, i hope you can forgive me.
i also hope we never discover these 'superbugs' are man made by defence forces looking for new was to win wars.

David, superbugs have been developing in hospitals for many years....slowly but surely they develop a resistance to the antibiotics being used.
It appears that this is the superbug to end all superbugs....something doctors have been dreading for a while.
It is very doubtful that a bug developed for warfare would find it's way into a hospital.
