Sushi Roll Makers any suggestions

I have the mat (which I cover in gladwrap) and can do the hand rolls fairly well but thinking of buying one of the gadgets.

Lots of choices out there, is there anything I should look for or look to avoid?

Thanks in advance!

Donna, have you given any thought to maybe hiring a Cuban girl on a 547 visa.

I hear that there are quite a few girls who used to be cigar rollers and have been made redundant  by the fall in cigar smokers worldwide 🙂

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I don't think you need anything else ... you don't even really need the mat.  Just get the right ingredients and go for it.

Oh I just thought for parties and making them in bulk it would be good but I have never seen one in use, they are probably neater is all although I saw some moulds that you can buy too which might be good.

Thank you Margo 🙂 I have the rice prepared and all the filling you just need to turn up!

I have the 'sushezi' sushi maker (bought it half price a few years ago).  I think it is great - easy to use and it makes nice evenly shaped sushi.  I probably wouldn't have bought it for the full price because we really don't eat enough sushi to justify it but at half price it was a good buy.
