So far so good here gil, but big fires north of Hobart...

32˚ today so not as bad as they were expecting.. they did forecast 38˚ 😞

No az, but VERY dry.........we also live opposite a State Pine Forest, which is lovely usually, but a  bit of a worry at a time like this...Sunshine Coast.....how about you?

I've been through a very bad fire in NSW, so it makes me a bit twitchy

Those memories never leave you do they gill?  For nearly a year after black saturday the wind blowing through the trees and helicopters would get me nervous.

I am very nervous at present... no smoke so that's good but it's 39˚ with strong winds... just hope we don't have any bluddy arsonist in the area... 😞

Same here Darki, here in The Dandenongs the wind is coming in gusts that are very strong.

We are expecting 41 deg. think it is about 38/39 now:-(
