i'd want something similar you'd get jim, a 14 - 16 ft cabin crusier (hard top), something for light ocean fishing that could take me rottnest island on worries too.
i wouldnt need it for estuaries - rivers (maybe for a boating day out.. cruising around) as i can drive up to any location and cast long distances.
mmm be a nice toy
Lol...
that game fishing boat you pictured is something similar my mate had, it was a 28 footer fully decked out, cost him 90 grand originally but always poured money into it,he went through a couple of engines.. did improvements etc, owed him about quarter of a mil !! (money bags)
i think.. like a car boats needs to be used regually to avoid expensive maintenace
god i miss his boats him
on a day out, he would never ask for an admission fee but i would rock up with a carton (& i built all his game rods)
i had a good run with him.. not needing my own boat, known him for about 25 years

Hi

That's a pretty posh boat up there Joz!I reckon a man could be happy with that, eh?
(can ya tell I know jack about boats? If I had my way (and the money) I reckon I'd like a 28 ft twin hull hydrofield with 2 x 150 Johnsons on the back - like the coast guard boats - my dad had a smaller one 24ft maybe? and it rocked)
I'm not interested in the fishing though, I like to eat the fish and I just like the boats when they go fast across Moreton Bay or out past the Broadwater.
what are your favourite fish to eat?
