very odd behaviour considering they keep ranting and yelling 'budget emergency' a person could be forgiven for thinking it was deliberate 
it seems only the rather rusties believe it now though.

It is clear that changes to Government spending have contributed to the doubling of the deficit.

The pre-election year splurge did not help, other than put the country more in the fiscal poo.
Changes in spending? doubling of the deficit? a reputable source would be good, because for some reason when the pink Myopics write something here, I tend to think of PPTSD self assurance treatment, (codswallop).
