The class wars & sexist wars Labor waged to take the spotlight off their failings have now reaped what they sowed. A country riven by division & hate all at the hand of Mr Rudd & Miss Gillard & her supporters.
From the very first minute the new Abbott government was elected the disappointed started with their T Shirts emblazoned with hate speech & filth.
The new government received no honeymoon from the media unlike the nearly 2 years of Rudd dysfunction then the total failure of Miss Gillard. All they concentrated on was Abbott's unpopularity which in the end, brought Labor down because in their conceit they never saw the train coming.
Labor has abrogated any responsibility for their loss, they have conducted no introspection as to why they failed so comprehensively & now we are witness to Mr Shorten clinging onto the very failed policies that saw them routed.
What a sorry mess.

the libs are responsible for what happens on their watch and so far, none of it is good news
& I expect it get much worse
the widening gap between rich and poor will create unrest

blah blah blah. .. What is obvious is how hopeless the new govt is, as predicted all tip and no iceberg.

Is it class warfare when the low earners are given a tax break?
Is it a gender war when a female is attacked for having the hide to take on the role of PM?
Where is the media that is not giving the Abbott a honeymoon?
Where is all this negativity you claim is being reported about the PM?

Given no honeymoon?
I can't recall any government (Labor or Liberal) who haven't issued new policies and outlined their strategies within the first 3 months.
I have NO IDEA what this government is doing.
And if the policies are such a failure, then (aside from hoping the CT can be repealed) I have yet to see any Labor policy ditched or altered by the current government. It seems the Gillard/Rudd government policies are good enough for the Abbott government today.

hate, what hate

It's not the hate that labor left behind it's the hate that Abbott has brought onto himself for all the lies that he told and now he just can't seem to do what he promised once he was in government, seems that all the hard working class people are all starting to lose their jobs and the rich will get richer, this is a typical coalition government they kick you even harder when your down, liar liar pants on fire lol

The media certainly made no fanfare of Kevin Rudd's failure to land anything approaching the high-profile
position he's been seeking during his months' long odyssy around the globe
He'd hoped to land a high-level diplomatic post
He'd hoped to be asked to fill a prestigious post within one of the alphabet orgs such as WHO or UN
Apparently Rudd's and Labor's incompetence had become familiar world-wide
And all doors were closed to him
Finally, the notorious Harvard university in the US were pressured no doubt to save Rudd's face
He slipped into a research team there, having convinced someone or perhaps he was owed a favour, to let him join research involved in the US' relations with China
Post grad students from Thailand could have obtained that position
Hardly fitting for the self-proclaimed 'genius' Rudd
So now it's Harvard's problem
Rudd working in a team ? !
Simply a matter of time -- probably brief --- before fantasist Rudd will be hawking his meagre 'credentials' from door to door again
