This was on the WSFM Breakfast Show reaction line this morning. Toni McHugh was dolled up for a photo shoot - and gave a lengthy interview in which she denied having any influence over Baden-Clay's decision to kill his wife Alison. So, are you interested in her story, or should she just shut up? I agree with Amanda I'm disappointed in Womens Weekly for running that story I think Allison shoud rest in peace now and her family get some closure and move on.
If you were the mistress with your sordid story spread all over MSM how many of you would be doing a 60ty minutes story for payment and flaunting yourself in a photo shoot and doing a story in AWW?
And how many would be hanging your head in shame?
If my life were ruined by a man who claimed to be in love with me and who tricked me into believing his marriage was over and then that man also ruined my career and my reputation by killing his wife and having his lawyers me cast as the evil woman at fault in the whole entire thing...THEN I WOULD DO WHATEVER I HAD TO DO to secure a living for myself and my children.

She has a job, it is not as if she is living in a bedsit on Newstart. She was working all the time she was cavorting with the wife killer.
She also had $100 000 from the sale of her property a few years ago, when she first met GBC as an agent (and which probably attracted him to her).
Add one interview with 60 Minutes - $200 000 thats enough.
Her children have a fully functional father, they aren't in the poor house.
She must be pretty gullible to be led on with lies for nearly FOUR years, she even knew he had a one night stand with another co-worker at a conference. She is an adult, she made her own choices.
If people didn't read the articles re her or watch her being interviewed, the whole thing would prob die down and let her family finally have some people.
Buzz, she instigated the affair whilst she was still married and living with her husband *home wrecker alert* she knew GBC was married and was happy to continue the affair for 3 years.
When Allison was made aware of the affair GBC ended the affair by sacking TM plus he told all his staff about the affair. *Hangs head with shame* nup not mistress Toni.
Once the heat was on TM moved from her rental to live with her Mother, she had a new job within a short time so no financial worries as a result of the situation she created. If GBC made promises to her during those 3 plus years she has proven sheโs a slow learner with no morals. His emails told her he couldnโt afford a divorce. She was aware GBC was attending marriage counselling with Allison and still she continued to service GBC in the back of his family car *scrag alert* I have no respect or pity for TM, she deserves every bit of the hostility she has received.
If she was genuinely remorseful for her stupidity she would quietly slink away and attend "how not to be stupid classes" whilst trying to repair the trust and respect she lost from her sonโs, family and friends.
There isn't much balanced about a nearly 4 year affair, that ended with the murder of one spouse, depriving 3 young children of their mother.
There were very few positive comments left on the 60 minutes story on TM which they read out the next week, then they read some of the many negative comments.
He told the staff about the affair , and TM would be no longer working there and his wife would be replacing her BUT he also told some of them he still loved Toni.
GBC , he alone is responsible for his wife's murder, as shown in court.
Having an affair, married/with a married man, is not a crime.
Morally bankrupt yes, however, not a crime.
Never having been in her situation, I don't know what I would do. I might be unbalanced enough, shocked enough, money hungry enough, to do what she has done, I might not.
T gets away lightly really, she can be found drinking cocktails in Noosa, A is dead, G is in Jail ( where he belongs), three young girls lost their mother and their father in jail for her murder.
We know what she has done - during the affair, after the court case ended with a guilty verdict ( paid interviews with 60 minutes, interview with AWW) as a result of that information that is what we are commenting on. Her behaviour during the affair and her need to speak out doing paid interviews. . That doesn't mean we are all saying she is directly partly responsible for A's death. We can condemn her behaviour over the course of the affair and voice our own opinion that she should get on with her life quietly now instead of doing interviews (paid) in the media.
The public aren't going to swing in her favour no matter what she says, so why keep putting herself out there.
She has been working most pf the time since she was told to leave the RE after A found out about the affair. How is she worse of financially now than if she never had the affair?
Her & G snuck around in the back of the car, his house a couple of times, her house most of the time. Got away overnight for a conference away from home? Hotels would be paid for by business ac. They met in coffee shops. So I can't see where she spent buckets of her own money on the affair.
