Thanks folks, I had a lazy day. Hubby bought me a huge lead crystal footed bowl for my fruit. I know 40 years is ruby, but I have a ruby ring already. I gave him a heated throw rug, he loves it.

I still don't understand how it is that neither of my girls irons, youngest does iron her work shirts, but, that's it, and they never look crinkled.LOL

Nic, it is scary when one realises that that things are not as they used to be and that you have no control over it.

Sometimes people try to cover this up by being defensive.

How far are you from the bank Gill?Living close to shopping centres,banks etc you take it all for granted.I know when I`m up in Yea if you need some milk it`s a 20klm trip so you gotta make sure of getting enough of everything when you do your weekly shop.Fiona doesn`t get any junk mail where she is so I save all mine for her....one happy daughter:-)
Off to do some nosey around in the local oppys and have a cuppa with a friend:-x

too far Nic. in either direction it takes half and hour on the freeway at 110 kph.
