I`ve got my chocolate bar that I have in bed with Oscar,it`s become a bit of a habit now but what the heck,I enjoy it and so who cares..lolA big welcome to you icebuddy and sorry to read that you aren`t well.Perhaps your migraine might just be a severe headache caused by your high bp,I`d be doing what the frog said..having high bp is not good.I`m a bit like Deb as my bp has always been on the low side which makes getting up quickly a no no..

Hi icy, OH is on tablets for high BP, he takes 12.5 mg of Monoplus a day, however it was diagnosed way too late...after he had his first angina attack (very, very scary), but together we are attempting to change his diet and total lifestyle. Being a Chef it's just a little difficult...a taste here, a taste there, but we walk every evening which is rather nice.

Now take your tablets like a good girl. :-x
