Deb mum is finally settled, not too sure if she`s happy about it as the complaints have started:-(DD & myself are picking her up tomorrow to take her home so she can let us know what things she wants for her room,I just hope that she doesn`t get too upset when she has to leave..now the court case is over is everything that you had to do is finished now?a bit emotional & tiring for you..

Morning all Noseys 🙂

Jeez what fabulous Autumn day! Chilly, but brilliant sunshine, blue sky, so nice.

Seized the day to do some sidewalk trawling (omg americanisms are creeping in), looks like it was bathroom renovation season! There were quite a few toilet thrones out their, even a bidet. The scavengers were out in force, one guy in a truck was taking the brass fittings off the bidet!

People rummaging through boxes everywhere.

And me?

Well I picked up a brand new toilet seat!

It was so embarrassing carrying it home under my arm :^O

I saw a beautiful red carpet rug, but it would have been too heavy for me. Even if I'd gone home to get the car, it would've been to heavy for me to manhandle into the boot.

Oh well there's always next time lol.

Good on you for coming to the rescue!

So how's it been?

Well my neighbour is back home from her overseas trip and back to travelling part of the way to work with me.

Yesterday we were running a bit late, as I've been a bit more relaxed with my timing while she was away. Running myself a bit late a couple of times.

This morning I pulled myself back into line and made sure I was at downstairs on the dot.

Then it was my turn to stand at the stairs tapping my wristwatch. She was running late, still putting her shoes and jacket on. She blamed it on me of course, saying I was earlier than usual, lol. I think she just likes to be the one tapping her wristwatch lol.

l think she's still dealing with jetlag.  :^O

I think next time I go sidewalk scavenging, I'll take a bigger bag with me. :8}

Closest I got in the OZ lotto was 3 numbers, so that won't win me any friends either 😞
