We should be talking about policies and achievements, instead the "journalists" are asking the same questions over and over; could not have put it better than this:

It would be nice if the media probed Abbott out of existence, when is he going on Q&A? Does anyone know?
that would be the dullest episode ever .. slogan upon slogan. if he were asked any probing policy questions we'd have bolt and akerman along with the camp of followers yelling BIAS !!
he gets a free ride, we aren't having an election but an arranged marriage.

he has been given open invitation, but his minders keep him out of harms way. Somebody might actually ask him pertinent question 🙂
What we need is a discussion, or 3.

we have the worst partisan media in the world , it isn't made up of journalists at all but apologists of the right working for murdoch.. media domination is not democratic, its authoritarian.. given as we have no genuine choice, and live according to the short term attention spans of the politicially ignorant swinging voters .
So tell me, how come you don't get reported when making these derogatory remarks about people, I am sure people who are swinging voters would take offense at being labelled as people with "short term attention spans of the politically ignorant swinging voters"
You can BP again if you want to LL, just like you did earlier today.
Only in your opinion do we have the worst partisan media in the world, you have the right to think what you like but others may not agree with you, you keep shoving it down our throats.

FN where on earth do you find these bloggers. Hughes 45 questions for politicians, assume that only the Coalition exists, perhaps he has 2nd-sight. Some of his questions are a bit of a chuckle: "What would a coalition government do to reduce the death toll on Australia’s roads?"
Perhaps after reading his list you should "blog" him that Australia actually has a few States and Territories.

When the mp's stop running to the media with the gossip about the leadership then they will not be asking questions about the leadership...
Just when the media started to scrutinise both parties on policies some ALP mp's started to go to the media with their leadership woes. The speculation then returned...
If you want to know why the journos ask these questions then why not hunt them down and ask them... the ALP have brought this upon themselves.
