You need a license to drive car, you need a license to own a dog, but any f*wit can be a parent.

I read about a baby who died in a car today too.
In a driveway and the ambos smashed the car window to reach it.

It gets worse. I was wondering where the parents were and that report has been updated to suggest the parents found the baby when thye went to collect it from a child care place..

Twins starved to death as parents played computer games, drank and gambled, court told
There have been other cases in Queensland over the years.
