1930's the  Depression years.  Anyone personally associated with the report is probably not around any longer.

Perhaps the children died from diptheria.  Not from the medication/vaccine given for prevention of the disease. Perhaps the vaccine was provided for other children following any deaths.

I find it difficult to comprehend that the babies were discarded to a septic tank as stated in the article.  

All in all, will the public (we) hear further of this investigation.

A disturbing unsubstantiated story at this time.
