Three Women Punched In Dunken Rampage

POLICE say a man accused of assaulting three women in inner Sydney was under the influence of alcohol.

Officers said a 41-year-old man approached the first woman just after 7.30pm on Thursday in Hyde Park and punched her on the side of the neck.

Shortly after, he allegedly approached another woman on Francis Street in Darlinghurst and punched her in the face.

A third woman was pushed into a wall and to the ground.

Police arrested a man about 8.05pm on nearby Yurong Street and took him to Kings Cross Police Station.

He has been refused bail and will appear at Central Local Court on Friday.

All three women had minor injuries and cuts.

He must've had an argument with his girlfriend and decided he'd get even. Stupid drunk  it's good he's in the locker for a few days.

Make that a few hours....he probably will not have time to get sober before fronting Court for his slap on the wrist.

Shame he didn't pick on one that was into marshal arts that kicked him into next week and instead of being taken to the police station went to hospital for a few weeks
