If Julia Gillard behaved like Abbott, she would have slinked away like a cowardly cur from the sandwich throwers.   She did not, and he did.  He's got no ticker.

I only saw a small bit of the footage but I do wonder, what makes members of the public think it is ok for them to harass MP's like that?
