is that the "real problem" then, nothing to do with the fact they will be "trained" in picking up leaves etc, for what jobs exactly? Just another pathetic attempt at blaming the unemployed for unemployment.

there are jobs available. out of curiosity i had a look on seek.com for job vacancies under horticulture....pages and pages....
