Transfering photos from iPhone to PC?

Does anyone know how to do it?  I think I used to be able to see the phone listed in Explorer when I connected it to the computer via USB but it isn't there anymore.

Try this

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4083

it has different types of PCs listed.

And this support page fixed it for someone:

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4879859

says where to look, and that your phone should be unlocked.

You can download and evaluate it before buying so there is nothing to lose 🙂

That is how I was importing them too but now if I want a photo for posting here then I will email the photo to myself.  That way I can reduce it to "large" and it arrives in kbs and not mbs.  You can tell I am not technology minded.  I can never figure out how to reduce them otherwise.
