Someone just sent this link to me, I hadn't seen this and WOW, very touching.
So this is for those that haven't seen the audition of Emmanuel Kelly on X-factor in 2011.
(Too good not to share)

Kopenhagen5 the Mum does look familiar and I am sure I saw her on ER when she was looking after a little African girl who had come over here for surgery but I am not 100% sure.
The whole family come over as inspirational, with his confidence and wonderful personality I am sure Emmanuel will achieve a lot in his life

Yes, I remember that and I just googled her -
Moira Kelly is an Australian humanitarian worker. In 2001, she was awarded the Order of Australia in recognition of her humanitarian service to both the Australian and international communities.

I'm sure you would have seen Moira Kelly on TV with the co-joined twins - Trishna and Krishna. She is now their legal guardian I think. She is a lovely lady and a fascinating speaker.

Kopenhagen5 her name sticks in my mind as it is like my sisters, due to my mum being seriously ill after giving birth to my sister 6 weeks early (53 years ago) my dad had to register her birth, they both agreed to call her Moira as my dad is Irish but for some strange reason he spelt it wrong and she was registered as Moiya.

Of course. Thank you ambercat. 🙂
mainecoon - Interesting, bet dad got a few mentions on that one. Does she go by Moira or Moiya? (Moira - Gaelic - Irish form of Mary. English meaning - uncertain)

Kope she goes by the name of Moiya, mum fell down stairs and miscarried her she was born with white eyes as her eye muscles were damaged and her eyes had rolled back her feet and hands were also smashed so by the time they both got out of hospital my mum was just glad to have her daughter survive and accepted the different name. As she is my big sister I did not know the story until I was in my teens but I must admit Moira is a prettier name.

I was supposed to be a Moira but my parents changed their minds at the last moment. My grandmother was from Galway Ireland.
That was a lovely video Kopenhagen.
