Vitamix blenders

I just bought one as a present to myself, was very expensive but I liked the idea of being able to prepare soups in a few minutes - quick and easy

and the smoothies that were shown being prepared on TVSN

Anyone got one and can share any recipes  ??

We have had our vitamix pro for about 2.5 months. We have corrected our body ph levels and our health has improved ten fold.

Every morning we make a green smoothie. We change it slightly each time but here goes:

2 glass water

A few cubes ice

1 carrot

1/2 banana

1 tea spoon chia seeds

A few leaves spinach

A few lettuce leaves

You can buy ph test kits on ebay or from your local chemist. Our ph was pretty low and our health suffering. Since we started using vitamix our ph level is at or above 7.3

If you want to make ice cream with the vitamix pro 500 series, it is very easy and the taste is amazing.

Recipe:

2 Frozen bananas

10 frozen strawberries

Liquid of your choice (100 to 200ml) of either milk, almond milk or coconut cream

You can also make the almond milk yourself. The machine is amazing and we use it at least once a day.

It makes the best milk shakes, ice coffee and even whips cream in seconds.

As for the soup the food is raw and very natural. It does not cook the food as such which means it is still all alive. The vitamix has no heating element, the blade spins at 240 mile per hour which causes friction, and smashes everything to bits, pulverizing it completely. No bits in the drink at all like other blenders. In my opinion it is the best blender in the world. Vitamix was invented 90 years ago in the USA and is still manufacted in the USA.

I do not work for vitamix. I am a customer of vitamix. We own the vitamix pro 500 series!

I highly recommend the machine for anyone who doesn't get enough fruit and veggies in their daily diet.

We paid $1195.00 for the machine and if I had of known how good this machine was I would have bought one years ago.

The best investment for our health ever!

Nothing comes close!
