I recently stumbled across WORDLE online. For the uninitiated, it is a daily word guessing game where you have to try to guess the word in 6 or less tries.
https://www.powerlanguage.co.uk/wordle/
This, from Wikipedia, explains the game:
Every day, a five-letter word is chosen which players aim to guess within six tries. After every guess, each letter is marked as either green, yellow or gray: green indicates that letter is correct and in the correct position, yellow means it is in the answer but not in the right position, while gray indicates it is not in the answer at all. The game has a "hard mode" option, which requires players to include letters marked as green and yellow in subsequent guesses. The daily word is the same for everyone. The game also has a dark mode as well as a high-contrast theme for colourblind accessibility, which changes the color scheme from green and yellow to orange and blue.

I have found that most that most days I can get the daily word in 5 tries or less (mostly 5 though). Interestingly, there is a spinoff of WORDLE called LEWDLE, where the words are lewd, or naughty, words. I have better success with LEWDLE than I do with WORDLE . . . getting the word in just 2 or 3 attempts. Not sure what that says about my private school education 🤣

This didn’t start very promisingly. I can only be thankful that my eliminator at row 2 was more generous.

Happy days! A countess sort of score, for once. 😁
Mind you, I was sitting there, pondering what to do on #7.
There were 2 possibilities I could think of. In the end, I decided to go with the first one I had thought of and I was lucky that it worked out.
Spoilermogul or locum. Both were equally possible on my board.
Excellent score. I’m in awe of how you managed to get 4R so early in the piece.

I was sitting here wondering what 4R had been but luckily you have a view of the words in your result.
I remember doing ovine! By that stage (after turn 2} I had 4 letters for it.
Plus ovine has been out a few other times in this game. I actually remember thinking-it helps when you do this puzzle regularly and are familiar with the wordlebot mind. 😂 Not like ovine-but a typical type of word the creator loves.
There is another word in today's puzzle (your 2R) which is very like that.

I had a good day of it today too. Guessing the first word relatively early on helped.
Wordle: I was pretty sure it was out of 2 choices, had no idea which was more likely so just played them, got the order worng, of course! 😂

I was adding a PS to my post but put the sentence in the wrong place & too late to change it.
There is another word in today's puzzle that reminds me of yesterday's ovine. Not in the actual word itself, but in the fact it is the sort of word the octordle creator tends to favour.

I could guess one word immediately, and that meant a good start to the whole thing! (It wasn’t a dead certainty, but worth the risk in this case.)
Another word (3R) followed with an equally small risk, but after that my luck ran out. I had to use an eliminator. DINGO wasn’t a superb eliminator but I could then solve 1R, and 2R, and 4L was obvious because of the final letter and knowing what couldn’t immediately precede it.
By this time 3L seemed to jump out at me, and that gave me a needed letter for 4R. In turn that gave me a needed letter for 1L… and we were done.

Oh, severed limbs on a stick. It’s a seven. And I so nearly managed it in 6… but that initial letter of 2R got the better of me.
