WORDLE - anyone else trying the daily online word game?

I recently stumbled across WORDLE online.  For the uninitiated, it is a daily word guessing game where you have to try to guess the word in 6 or less tries.

This, from Wikipedia, explains the game:

Every day, a five-letter word is chosen which players aim to guess within six tries. After every guess, each letter is marked as either green, yellow or gray: green indicates that letter is correct and in the correct position, yellow means it is in the answer but not in the right position, while gray indicates it is not in the answer at all. The game has a "hard mode" option, which requires players to include letters marked as green and yellow in subsequent guesses. The daily word is the same for everyone. The game also has a dark mode as well as a high-contrast theme for colourblind accessibility, which changes the color scheme from green and yellow to orange and blue.

I have found that most that most days I can get the daily word in 5 tries or less (mostly 5 though).  Interestingly, there is a spinoff of WORDLE called LEWDLE, where the words are lewd, or naughty, words.  I have better success with LEWDLE than I do with WORDLE . . . getting the word in just 2 or 3 attempts.  Not sure what that says about my private school education 🤣

Even though I had letters n/s/u, I couldn't see the answer as clear cut.
My first thought was skunk, but it could have been snuff, sunny, snuck (which is a word I hate but it has been in octordle), swung. My 3rd word was picky.

I needed to use another eliminator about half way through (pricy). Just as well I did. I had #3 marked off in my head as definitely going to be miner (I had the i/n in yellow and  a green e). Imagine my surprise after pricy to see the answer on #3 started with P and ended with Y. 

I made a mistake on #8 towards the end. Tried bible. I thought we were on a religious theme after mecca.😂

Actually found this one easier, although time dragged while I was trying to think what the answers could be.  (resisting the urge to popcorn, as you call it).
All went well except on the last lap when for #2 I had to choose between fixer and mixer. I actually typed in fixer then deleted it as I thought.. mixer is more likely, surely. Surely not.🤣

I started off most satisfactorily, with a word solved on my second turn.
But there were too many choices & I needed to use shout at turn 3, then at turn 5, another eliminator (bicep)
It was all going okay till the very end when I fell in a bit of a hole with wrong choices.
#1 drove and #7 skate.

The extreme wasn't my day either. Score was 69 and missed one word (juror)

With only a yellow T, it was possible that the word would start with ST, or it might end with TH. I decided on an eliminator that would help with these and also cover two more vowels.
