Is a little naive to think that virus related people will at all times submit to quarantine voluntarily - is obvious that a tracker bracelet should be used to ensure compliance and a quick roundup if not ( with relocation for environmental work on Macquarie Island whacking rats for the duration )

This morning I heard on the news that an Australian doctor who was holidaying in the USA, started to feel ill, so he not only boarded the first flight available back home, but on his return he went back to work, and saw about 40 patients in his Toorak practice, before he was hospitalised and diagnosed with COVID19!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope he is charged with something and deregistered.

Case in point - pressure to maintain earnings .
Some in Italy : patient zero kept working on food deliveries after being asked to self quaratine
When dealing with people that hav eto earn to eat , then obviously and justly
our Govt should make available compo for lost earnings attributed to covey.

I suspect there will not be enough of the tracking bracelets to go around.
There was a guy in Tassie who was also told to self qurantine, and he went to his course, and his job in hotel cafe, and then went clubbing. If people behave in such way, there will be no way to control it.

Similar case in North Korea - except dealt with under rule-303

Coronavirus update: Italy warns against mass exodus as thousands flee red zone

i'm starting to think all these measures various govts are impimenting are a liitle like the boy with his finger in the leak in the dam
too late, the boat has sailed, the virus is out there doing its stuff.
from what i'm hearing from those in the know by the time you get symptoms you have allready spread the virus to others so sitting in a dark room starving isnt making much difference.
then of course are those who will just ignore that they dont feel well and carry on regardless, and there are plenty of them out there.
the only real answer is coming up with a actual cure/vaxination
and treating as many as possible as fast as possible
and i hear that could take a long time if all the rules are followed
