Storm clouds over the wheat stacks.
This is never a good thing. Although you can get a bit of rain on the wheat, too much will bugger it. Pulling those tarps down when the winds pick up is not much fun. Neither is walking through wet grain. All eyes watch the skies throughout the wheat harvest.

The purple man. He usually holds a round hay bale. Then the rains came. And didn't stop. Walgett was flooded and cut off. The wags on this property just on the outskirts of Walgett replaced the hay with a boat.
