I'm so slack. I've been meaning to go for a drive down the road and take a pic of the huge pile of hay bales.
Make hay while the sun shines.
But it's been so hot I've been procrastinating under the aircon. I missed the shot of the minor bird having a bath in the hot weather.

Thanks mtlane, that's very kind of you to say. I'm definitely not a technical photographer and do struggle with that side of things, but I do enjoy composition and interesting subject matter.

I took some of the snow we had this week....
Long Beach boardwalk rebuilt after Sandy, rebuilt better than before....
They salt the roads to melt the ice....
