This is Marjerie Glacier in Glacier Bay Alaska, it was freeeeezing but note the people swimming aboard the ship.

They are keen to be swimming in the cold like that, but I think they do some sort of ice swimming thing in Russia every year, I think they're slightly all nutty to do it.
