I always keep a pack of sliced Jarlsberg cheese in the fridge. OH and I both like to have slice (or 2 or 3) when we get home from work or just anytime.
I also love canned champignons. I sometimes eat a whole can to get me over til dinners cooked.

Like nuts, preferably cashews, smoked almonds, brazils and macadamias.
Love wasabi peanuts (but not wasabi peas).
Adore chocolate, but am fussy with it - if it's choccy I love, it lasts ... ahh... not long at all. If it's choccy I'm not fussed on, it will sit in the fridge for eternity.

Icy I snack on sultanas and nuts - if it wasn't for cholesterol I'd snack
on cheese all day.

I love the white Castello cheese, on a rice cracker, topped with Green Tomato Pickle. Scrumptious! But not for snacking, too addictive - we have "Nibblies Night" most Saturday nights - couple of DVDs and a cheese/pate/dips/cold meats platter - the Castello is part of that.

hungarian salamis, i like it for the horse content mmmm
snack on anything really, lately its been fruit, mangoes etc etc
(avoid cheeses, well, most of the time)
