What Political Party will you vote for at the next election? 🙂
And why for the people that want to say why
Just remember to all the people that read the posts on here but never say a word and there is lots of you voting is ANONYMOUS and no one knows who voted for what so vote away
I wanted to put Independent and Donkey Vote as options as well but we are allowed only 5 choices

i didn't say you were stupid, but i do wonder about the priorities of some people. its rather obvious to anyone who reads reports like the one linked to in my earlier post that 'business as usual' is not only foolhardy, but starting to verge on 'not possible' .
just because the press have managed to turn people off the greens does not mean they are wrong. the fact is abbott and co by choosing to ignore possibly the most critical issue of all are not fit for office. at least we will have someone to blame, but that doesn't help me or many others who get it feel any better.

And I did not say you said I was "stupid" I said you must think I am stupid because you said quote" in fact any sensible person should vote for the greens in the senate as they have proven to be correct on climate issues"
LL, we are all different with varying points of view and beliefs depending on our individual needs so of course we will not all vote the same. This is Australia not Korea where you are forced to think as one so I assume you will be bitterly disappointed with most of us come September.

i got over that disappointment 20 or more years ago 🙂

So ( with respect) why are you so argumentative and so critical of those who don't think the same as you when it comes to politics. I respect your views even though I don't agree with most of them so you should respect others whom you don't agree with instead of ramming your views down our throats and think you are right all the time.
Just trying to understand how you think because I find it sad you are so biased in some of your views.

I will never vote for the Greens, look at what they've done to the Labor Party.

its a bit difficult to respect the views of those who seem oblivious of climate change when it's staring them right in the face. of course people can think what they like, but it's a bit of a struggle to understand why. if there were no evidence.. no peer -reviewed proof i would find it a bit easier. but there is overwhelming proof and yet they stay firmly rooted in denial. history will not be kind to them you can be sure of that.

I am not oblivious to climate change and have never said I am, I am not convinced one way or the other and will keep listening to all debates and look for truths.
I don't believe the greens have much to offer other than argument and do not offer any great alternatives or productive solutions.

Despite all the arguing, the truth is the sky is not going to fall on anyone's head no matter who wins the election. We've managed to struggle along under both liberal (small l) and conservative governments ever ever since Federation and I don't imagine anything is going to change very much.
The only real danger that I can see is the possibility that we might end up with a situation like they have in Queensland at the moment where there is, effectively speaking, no opposition at all. To anyone who believes in the Westminster System that must surely be a serious worry regardless of which side of politics you support.

This I agree with, no matter who is in power we need a strong opposition to keep the B'S honest whether it be the Libs (big L) or labor (little l) :^O
Same as in my house the only difference is I am the Boss (big B) and my OH is the opposition (little o).
