Hey madammuck, Jet wasn't a bad band for youngens.  I loved every song on their first CD - Get Born - it's actually a cracker.  A lot of the newer stuff leaves me cold though.

Every song has a different feel and you can just tell that their parents were really funky people who listened to equally funky music.   It reminds me of Lennon and/or Harrison...the kid is good.
