 it seems the bad reaction scared him and abbott to death.  and he's only spending more because the LNP states came to the party (they were scared too)  i'll believe it when or if it happens, and i notice there are not the same restrictions on the money the former government placed also, meaning there's a danger the premiers might re-direct the money into tunnels or new offices.
