It is not going to stop people obtaining them though, the WA thing seems a bit ridiculous!

I had not heard of them. So if an office worker is currently getting the lift down to the ground floor then go outside in all weather conditions to have a cigarette could use one of these at their desk? That would be great for productivity if they stayed at their desks.
