i believe..... even if he did exist... he might have been just an ordinary fellow who accumulated a lot of knowledge, the romans saw him as a threat and stuffed up his day

well no, if he did in fact exist .. and the story was true .. he wanted his day 'stuffed up' as that fulfilled the prophecy that said he would be killed . he said as much himself (if in fact he did exist)
