We end up with no choice but to buy those foreign imports...
If we don't take action and support our industries then we will be left unable to feed ourselves .. it is happening one item at a time.
I am really sorry that this has happened in Tasmania..
I shop at Aldi but can't get aussie peas there so I buy them at Woolies.... I make the specific trip to buy aussie items to support our local growers...

I wish there was more that I could do... but I am just one person out of 20 million....
I will continue to buy my Aussie peas and I hope that others take 20 seconds out to read the back of the pack and make sure your produce is 100% aussie grown and packed...

I know what happens when you buy foreign imports!
You import the stuff cheaply and then you flog it here on eBay Australia and make a profit and get yourself on the telly as an eBay Australia spokesperson or slag off Australia Post on the telly and all sorts of wonderful stuff like that.

Nah, I make a good income working an honest job.
I just don't appreciate people who import cheap garbage made by child labour winging about how their business is being affected by this and that and the other on the telly when they are in fact exploiting poor people in 3rd world countries. It's a bit distasteful.

Bonds quality of fabric is pretty poor now but they still try to sell them for high prices.
I bought their trackies yesterday as they were 30% off - cotton & polyester. The label doesn't even say what % cotton and what % poly. Designed in Aust, made in China.

I only wear them for short amount of times, don't wear them out.
Full price they were fairly expensive for poly/cotton mix. Want that you can go to Kmart.
