What's an opinion you have that most other people don't seem to have?

I'll start...

1. Being a stay at home parent is not a full time job
2. Tony Abbott is a competent Prime Minister and gets blame for stuff that is left over from Labor being in power
3. There is nothing wrong with bikie laws in Queensland
4. 50 Shades is **bleep**py and it's mostly bored housewives who like it
5. Pink is not that great.

Your turn.

but they don't even need to be bikies - they just need to be a group that the police deem to be unlawful.

Yes under the law it could be a group of people protesting against Abbott's $5 fee to see a doctor,

or even green peace

any body that embarrasses the government is at risk of being jailed with no rights

I've read those queensland laws and I still dont get how they affect everybody? To me it reads that you have to have commited a specified crime (there is a list) and be a member or associate of a specified motorbike club (another list).

So I figure as long as I dont start hanging around with groups of hells angels or others on the list I'm pretty safe.

As it is written any group can be declared a criminal organisation and have no rights, you are guilty until you prove your innocence.

and as it is there is no one but the police minister that decides if you are a criminal and have no rights, all your basic rights are removed with a single persons say so

Punch the problem is you may not even know and they dont even have to be HA's or any bikie members as such two of your work mates may know some and are considered as associates by the police because they have been somewhere together, then you go to the pub for Christmas drinks and you can be locked up for 25 years because you are associating with deemed criminals even thou they have done nothing wrong or broken any law.

you are guilty by association of a crime and not because you committed one, this is why these laws are so wrong and bad for every Australian.

The police have plenty of powers already to tackle real crime, these laws are not just about controlling bikies its about controlling all Australians and should be feared

oh I do know some, which is why i checked the law as its written, I still think its a stretch to think that anybody who ever crossed paths with a bikie is going to end up in jail for 25 years.

It is my opinion that Acacia is a feminine sounding name and yet Kennedia sounds more masculine.  It confuses me.
