Roast lamb and baked potatoes for main - high in fat. 37 calories in one thin slice of lamb roast
Home made apple pie and home made caramel icecream for dessert. - very high in fat - pastry & icecream

I had rib eye steak, mushrooms, baby beans, and corn of the cob. Would have been quite good for the diet if I didn't smother all the vegies in butter

Left over take away from lunch, high in calories, high in fat, but hey ...... oh and followed by apple pie and vanilla ice cream, more fat, more calories lol
