When is the Government going to start paying the drug cartels?
We already do. I think we provide some aid to North Korea. Wasn't a North Korean state owned vessel thwarted in an attempt to land drugs in Australia?
When one of the various foreign operatives gets caught importing drugs he or she receives a generous payout from us: free lodgings for x number of years; free health care; free dental care; free access to library books; free meals; the freedom to insist on a special type of food; freedom to worship according to religion; free education if the operative wants it etc. We have been paying out for years yet the drugs keep arriving. It is baffling I know.
