Young woman gets through, the first question is:

Q. "What chocolate bar is known by the slogan "helps you work rest and play?"

A. Mars bar.

Ding! Looking good. Next question:

Q. "in which state in Australia is Mt Kosciuszko?"

A. errrr aaaah...not sure but I'll take a guess...Northern Territory?"

Silence from the presenters. Then the buzzer. Sorry. Jackpot now stands at $500

Don't they teach basic Australian geography and history at school anymore?

Is Geography an optional subject now? That is only taught for a year or 2 at high school?

I'd love to have a crack at calling in for the quiz, but it's a drama to get through and I usually bomb on the sports questions.
