I agree, the evidence is so deliberately disputed these days compared to the ozone period. I think all the public wants is a straight forward explanation and plan of attack, but they're denying us that Lakeland...Wagging the Dog over Jobs is all they have to do.
BTW, Aussie workers are getting no favours from these elite a/holes & their threat of job losses, because they can't mine AUSTRALIA'S wealth without a labour force. We're actually doing them a favour, not the other way around. I know who profits the most don't you?
I don't see why we aren't putting taxes into mining those resources ourselves and selling them for the best possible price on the open market. That might also give Govt the power to get science onto cleaner coal burning technologies.
I know it would be more ideal if we didn't burn coal, but realistically that isn't going to happen so there needs to be a middle ground or it will never end.
